Workshop fee

All participants are requested to pay for their Accommodation and Conference package :

Accommodation: 111 €/night including all taxes. This includes a single room accommodation, buffet breakfast, access to sauna and pool area as well as gym. Double room accommodation is also available with reduced price per person. Please, inform us if you come with an accompanying person, or wish to share room with some other participant.

Conference package: 37.80 €/day for Thursday and Friday. This includes conference room + soup&salad lunch + coffee breaks;

Travel instructions

Fly to Helsinki airport, then go to the bus or train station following the signs. Buses and trains go to Turku approximately every second hour. You may find the bus timetable and purchase the ticket  online (https://www.matkahuolto.fi/en) or entering the bus from the driver (slightly more expensive). For train schedule and tickets, please check the site: vr.fi. There is a city bus connection from the center of Turku/bus/train stations to the Ruissalo hotel, bus lines 28 and 28A. More information is available at the Ruissalo Spa site.  Please, inform us about your flight schedule and we will assist in transportation from Turku bus/train station to the workshop venue.
