Workshop fee
All participants are requested to pay a workshop fee:
559€/person for accommodation in a single room;
395.5€/person for accommodation in a double room (shared with other participant)
194€/person without accommodatioon (local participants or those who prefer to stay in the city of Turku hotels)
These prices include:
- accomodation for three nights (29.06-2.07) in desired room type,
- Breakfast for three mornings,
- Lunch for each meeting day,
- Afternoon coffee break for each meeting day.
Travel instructions
Fly to Helsinki airport, then go to the bus station following the signs. Buses go to Turku approximately every second hour. You may find the bus timetable and purchase the ticket online (https://www.matkahuolto.fi/en) or entering the bus from the driver (slightly more expensive). Please, inform us about your flight schedule and we will assit in transportation from Turku bus station to Villa Wolax, the workshop venue.
